21 DAYS OF PRAYER // August 5-25 – From the beginning of The Church at Lake Travis, we have made it a priority to seek God first in prayer. We do this collectively as a church in January and August through 21 Days of Prayer. These two months are intentional, as they begin new seasons of the year. Together, we faithfully seek God first, trusting in His power alone to create lasting impact in our lives, our church, and our world. If you want to join the prayer services, you can anytime of the day. Simply click HERE.

CLT MEN // BIBLE STUDY // Wednesdays, 6:45-7:45 AM // Panera Bread – Men, start your Wednesday mornings off with coffee, breakfast, fellowship and Bible study! Join us every Wednesday morning at Panera Bread (Hill Country Galleria) as we learn how to apply Biblical truth to our daily lives. For more information, write “MEN” on your Connection Card or contact Mark Batten at mark@batten5.com.

VISION SUNDAY // August 26 – A couple of times a year, we gather for what we call Vision Sunday. This is a time when we get together and answer the question, “Where are we headed next as a church?” We do this because we believe that whenever we take large steps together as a family of faith, we need to communicate that as clearly and as directly as possible. And the time where most of us are gathered together is on a Sunday during our weekly worship experience. Our team has been dreaming God-sized dreams and we can’t wait to share with you where we believe God is leading us. If there is one Sunday that you don’t want to miss – it’s Vision Sunday!

NEXT STEPS // September 2 – Explore The Church at Lake Travis and learn how you can join the church and get plugged in at Next Steps dinner Sunday, September 2, 5:00-6:00 PM. Simply register HERE. Dinner and Childcare are provided.

NEW SERIES: RAISING POSITIVE KIDS IN A NEGATIVE WORLD // Begins September 2 – As parents our deepest desire is to raise kids who succeed in life. This is also our greatest challenge. How can we foster traits such as honesty, compassion, and dedication in young minds? And, how can we be the parents who have a vision for our children’s lives? The reality is, there’s more to parenting than duct tape and bubble gum. And, in this series we will explore several principles that are critical to raising successful kids.
