Changing For Good

Each year we make the same old resolutions, “I’m gonna do this…” or “I’m gonna do that…” but it never sticks. The key is focus. Let us help you make 2017 better than 2016, by focusing on four keystone areas we all need some improvement in to experience victory in our lives: Faith, Food, Fitness and Friends!

Week 4 // Friends
1/29/17 // Alex Alexander

Good relationships are the key to health and happiness. Just as God, within the Trinity lives perfectly within community, we are designed to need each other. With friends, we are stronger and more effective in what we do. According to God’s purpose, two are better than one.

Week 3 // Fitness
1/22/17 // Jeremy Self

We train our bodies so we can train in godliness. Having a healthy body enables us to live and finish well, to fulfill our God-given purpose and calling. Training physically helps us to train for godliness which requires focus, effort and discipline.

Week 2 // Food
1/15/17 // Lee Rutter

Food is meant as fuel for our bodies not satisfaction for our souls. Because of sin, food is often consumed in response to needs and appetites that have little or nothing to do with physical hunger. God desires that we find our satisfaction and joy in Him and that we fully understand how valuable we are to Him.

Week 1 // Faith
1/8/17 // Alex Alexander

Faith is an often repeated subject in the New Testament. In Hebrews 11:1-7 we learn that faith has always played an important role in the lives of believers throughout the whole story of the Bible. But how do we change for good in regards to increasing in faith?
